- Do credits expire?
- No. Buy 10,000 today, use them next year. Same balance.
- What does one credit get me?
- One credit = one verification, regardless of result. We bill per check, not per valid result.
- What if a verification is wrong?
- If we return Valid for an address and the actual send hard-bounces within 72 hours, the credit is returned to your account balance. Forward the bounce to support@getkillbounce.com — we credit it within five business days. The refund is in credits, not cash; you do not get to cancel a pack for a money refund. The full mechanics are in the refund policy.
- Can I refund a pack I bought?
- No. Pack purchases are non-refundable. Once a pack is paid for, the money is not returned — the credits are yours to use whenever, with no expiry. There is no 24-hour cooling-off window, no change-of-mind refund. Pay only when you are sure.
- Why are the bigger tiers cheaper per email?
- Verification cost is mostly variable (SMTP probes against external providers). Buying capacity in larger blocks lets us amortize fixed overhead — we pass that through. There are no hidden tier privileges; the only thing a bigger pack changes is the per-email rate.
- How do I pay?
- Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo issues the legal payment receipt; KillBounce sends a branded confirmation with your new balance.
- Is there a free trial?
- Every new account gets 100 free credits — enough to run a small list end-to-end. No card required, no upgrade nag.
- What about over a million addresses?
- The largest published pack is 1,000,000 credits at $750. If you need more, email sales@getkillbounce.com — we will scope it directly. We are not running a fake-quote tier; we just have not productized higher SKUs yet.
