About
We just want email to land.
KillBounce is an email verification tool built by people who've watched too many good email programs collapse from one bad list. We're here to keep yours alive.
Why we built this
The email verification space has two kinds of tools: enterprise platforms with sales calls and annual contracts, or scrappy services that look like they were built in 2014 and price themselves by the megabyte.
We wanted something in between — fast, accurate, well-documented, with pay-as-you-go credits and a UI that doesn't feel like a tax form. So we built it.
What we believe
Sender reputation is the most underrated asset in any email program. One bad list teaches Gmail to filter you, and the fix takes weeks of begging. Verification is the cheapest insurance you can buy — but only if it's easy enough that you actually do it before each send.
That's our job: make verification so frictionless you stop thinking about it.
Where we are
KillBounce is a small team. We're not going to claim 500K customers — we're not there yet. What we will claim: a real three-layer verification pipeline, a clean API, public pricing, and a refund if we ever get a verification wrong.
If you're an early customer, you'll talk to engineers, not BDRs. We answer support in the same Slack we ship from. That's the deal.
Operating principles
The three things we don't bend on
Honesty over hype
We don't fake testimonials, inflate customer counts, or borrow logos. If we're a startup, we say we're a startup.
Boring, on purpose
Verification is plumbing. Plumbing should be reliable, fast, and out of the way. We optimize for "you forgot we existed."
Built with operators
Every feature ships after talking to actual deliverability folks. If your email program lives by sender score, this is for you.
